What are your warranty options?

We include a 24 month warranty as standard on all our notebooks (consumables such as batteries and PSUs are covered by the IT industry standard 6 month warranty).

Unlike other companies, our 24 month warranty is not a watered down offering - it covers all parts, labour and shipping for the whole period. We stand by the quality of our products and our confidence in this is reflected in the warranty that comes with all XMG notebooks. You can also choose to upgrade this to 36 if you wish.

If you wish to extend your warranty for longer than you originally ordered, you must let us know and purchase the extension within two months of receiving your computer.

 

NOTE - Our collect and return warranty covers all shipping costs to addresses in the UK, ROI and Channel Islands. If you have ordered through the UK website but your address is now in mainland Europe, the collect and return service is available via a DHL return label. This is created online (using the instructions we will provide you with) and you can then drop the return off at any local post office or DHL drop off point.

If you have ordered from oustide Europe, our warranty is Return To Base which means that you can either use your own shipping method or our DHL facility, but the costs would be covered by you.
