Do you offer on-site support?

No, but for a very good reason. On-site support is generally provided by third party contractors which will not have the experience in diagnosing or repairing our high performance notebooks. Our support staff are happy to help with any problems you may encounter over the phone, via email, through the online support “Live Chat” feature on our website and even through integrated remote assistance.
