My laptop's sound isn't working correctly (P304, P504, P704).

Please follow the exact instructions as detailed below:
- in control panel, uninstall the creative driver, audio driver and hotkey driver
- restart the laptop
- go to the Program files folder and delete the "Creative" and "VIA" folders completely (you can do this by selecting the folder and pressing SHIFT and DEL, or delete as normal and then delete from Recycle Bin
- restart the laptop
- download the three drivers below and then install each one in the order I have listed them. After you install the first driver, restart the laptop and check the audio ports. Then, install the second and restart the laptop and follow the same process with the third driver.
hotkey, sbx, audio.

Once you have completed this, please go into the Control Center which you can access from the small icon at the bottom right of the desktop. Check the audio settings here and make sure that nothing is over-riding the audio ports.
